    Pick the division

    Grades 2–4 follow Explore. Grades 4–8 follow Challenge. Grade 4 can be either. Keep the two meeting guides separate.

    Read the season overview

    Read it once before you open a slide deck. It says what the children do this year.

    Run the meetings in order

    Explore sessions run 1 through 10. Challenge sessions run 1 through 12. The intro slides come before session 1.

    Prepare the showing

    Explore uses the reviewing sheet and flowchart. Challenge uses the judging flowchart and the rubrics for Core Values, the Innovation Project, and Robot Design.
