Robotics AI Festival
A decade-plus Houston festival across UH, Strake Jesuit, Raindrop Turkish House, CMH, and HMNS
Hosted by Kids Robotic Foundation and Kids Robotic Academy

The Robotics AI Festival is the Foundation's city-facing celebration of student robotics and A.I. It began in 2013 at the University of Houston and has since traveled through Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, Raindrop Turkish House, the Children's Museum of Houston, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
HMNS has been the festival home from 2021 through 2026. More year-by-year photography and posters will land here as you find them. For now, the richest materials are from the April 6, 2024 festival.
Upcoming seasons will keep the HMNS lane open while earlier venues stay in the archive timeline below.

Robotics Festival 2024
Young minds filled HMNS for the Foundation's Robotics Festival, called out as the 10th largest in size, occupancy, and spirit. Students and teams presented robotics solutions on an Arts and Technology theme with FIRST LEGO League 2024 class packs. Jenny the robot stayed on the floor with the demos. Guest speakers Edwardo Galindo and Madina Shake pulled the room into tech business and Formula 1 in schools. FTC Team Moment Makers demoed, and FTC Storm Masters helped with demo, co-emcee, and check-in work.
